Hey,
I'm now in my third season with my Harchester team, first season did great, finished 7th behind Liverpool, and had a great run in the uefa cup as I'd won the FA cup the previous season while in the championship, made a few good signings, managed to hold onto all my top players and managed to win the prem lg and become one of the best teams of the season, I created myself as a striker and in 33 lg apps I bagged 19 lg goals.
Now I am something like 10 games into the season and the squad harmony has plummeted, I have no idea as to why, and I'm losing and drawing games I ought to be winning, I had a game in europe against PSG and I drew 1-1, despite having 21 shots on goal, and only having 4 on target...
Please help!!
Tom.
Are some players unhappy ?
Some players in your squad are not blending well ? (you can check in the Assistant Manager Feedback during a game)
Are they pleading for first-team football?
Those are some things that squad harmony go down

Some are not happy, are even worried by press conference answers that I give, There are some that are not blending in, I have Saivet and he finds it hard to motivate himself due to my poor standing in the game! One or two players are asking for 1st team games and I try to accomodate them as much as I can!! But there are always players who're better than others and are just in better form!! They may be similar players but one is out-performing the other and so he stays in the team!
Another problem may be that each pre-season, I often end up selling and buying players, that may also be another reason!!
You can try offering new contracts to your players, as this gives them a boost or to sign a backroom staff member one of your very unhappy players recommends.
Also change your approach at press conferences and team talks i.e. if you always tell them "do it for the fans" rather tell them you expect a victory or just to enjoy themselves.
And by using a squad rotation policy you can keep your team happy with first team football and keep them fresh and uninjured at the same time.
Hope this helps

is he unhappy because he wanted to leave? then fuck him off.
next time you get a bid for any player from a big team, just negotiate to a huge sum and they will withdraw and in this way the player wont get unhappy.
if he still does then let him go.
also you can probably get lots of money from him and spend on a few good players and have a stronger squad.
