FM15 scouting problem/reports

Till now, I had all FM before.
In FM15 I play with Hyde (LLM).
I start a season in May or in Juni in England.(1-2 month before start a season)

BUT, if you want to find a new players for your first team OR U18 team, you don't have time to do this! (I talk about only this FM 15)

WHY?
Because if you want to play without cheats (copy-past from some other guys - shortlist of players or something like this), SCOUTS are VERY undefined, VERY unspecified and VERY slow. You can't see all mental, technical and physical attributes of your scouted players. For this, you need maybe 2-3 month but the season will be start and all good youth players will be sign contacts with other clubs.

Well, this is how it works in real life. In real life, it takes more than a few days to get a full report on players. If you don't have the resources to scout properly, then you will struggle because of it.

I don't think so. Sorry about that.

1. Real life..., but this is game-simulation. FM15 is not real to compare with real life. I don't think that all scout all of the world, stay 1-2 months in one place to see how will play one youth player in LLM. This is it in FM15!
One scout can't give you full attributes of 1 youth player min. 1-2 month!
This is a real problem in this game.

2. Because this detail in FM15, all will must take some shortlist from some guys, or read forums for: best ST for LLM, or best GK, or best Cm... in this game you must cheat!
OR you must save game and load game every time if you sign some bad player (because you can't see all attributes, and you must waiting min. 1 month)
In this game, you can't decide alone, because you don't have clear view on list of scouted players.

In real life, you can take statistic any time for any youth players in some youth league U18 or U21. You don't need to waiting 1-2 month to see all attributes for this player.

The whole point of this new way of scouting is to make it just like real life, or as real as is possible.

If you send a scout to watch a player just once in real life and he has the game of his life, you could think he is the next Messi but as we all know, you can't judge any player by 1 game, the same player could be real inconsistent for instance and it would be impossible to find this out, or indeed many other things from 1 game!

i dont know why your compalining this is the best scouting ever makes it more cut throat and harder imo which is great cause its hit and miss

My post is for all people who play FM 2015 without cheating?
Because without cheating you don't have 1-2 month to scout one player, because the season will be start. You don't have time to buy new players.
I told you, in real life you don't need 1-2 month for one youth player to scouted.

um to see if u do yes.. u cant just walk up to them watch one match and go wow i know everything about this player now

If you scouted 1 youth player for 1-2 month, why other team know who youths players are good and to sign??? I told you this because after 1-2 month all good players sing contacts with other team in your League.
TELL ME how you sing good youth players without cheating???

I was using 1 game as an example, but it takes more than even 3-4 scouting missions to scout a player fully in real life, and the new system simulates real life nearly perfectly in my opinion, as even after a few scouts of a player, you have a rough idea what the various ratings are but like IRL you would not be able to define them as a single definite number until a number of views.

And tell me: Why other team know who youth players are good and to sign? - THEY HAVE BETTER SCOUTS IN SAME LEAGUE?-NO! I told you this because after 1-2 month all good scouted players sing contacts with other team in your League.

And, you can see all statistic for all youth players in youth League, as assist, goals, yellow and red cards and similar statistics.
Here, you must waiting 1-2 month to see attributes for youth players for PASSING, FINISH, DETERMINATION, COMPOSE...

But I really want to change SI the new scouting system.
I think it's not fair, you must cheat, and you don't have clear view on scouted list and you can't decide alone. You need help-cheating to read who is best player for ST, CM, CD... for LLM, or for some other Leagues. I hate this!

They scouted youth players from 14 years or from 13 years? OR
Your scouts are sleeping before you came as Manager in one club?

It's not fair.
You must cheating in new FM15.
I don't like this.
