Ok guys, I have different opinion about this.
I believe many people like me, had the same issue about the new scouting system in FM 15. I'm deeply convinced you can't play FM15 without cheating. Whit this I respected all people for hard work on FM15 and all statistics for all players all around the world. Great job!
I wanted to read some different opinion, not only from 2 persons.

And, you can see all statistic for all youth players in youth League, as assist, goals, yellow and red cards and similar statistics.

If as you say ,you need to have time to properly scout players then why don't you disable transfer window when setting up the game, that way you have until January to scout any player to your hearts content without risk of loosing out to other clubs.
Well, sadly I can confirm it is hard to get good scouting, but you need to also understand at times which league, what player, language all of that, which the scout has to overcome. As long as I have scouted within my league and regional players, the easier I get back information, I went out at start of my game and as always grabbed a few scouts with continental experience. This is a formula I have used for all my FM's, start the season with the team I have (maybe a few changes if I can get the deals). When January transfer window comes up, I had 6 months to develop a list of candidates to upgrade my team. For the most part by end of November I have already acquired 2-3 players.
I have to disagree with you on that. In my personal opinion scouting is even more realistic in FM15.
For example: If you're starting your career with zero badges and no playing experience, how is it then possible to know all the players that perhaps would have suited your team? Add to that the poor scouting of most minor league clubs and you don't have much to start with. Of course other clubs and managers have more knowledge than you have, they've been a part of football longer than you. And it's still possible to find adequate players by looking for players that similar teams are interested in.
And as others have mentioned here: Turn the summer transfer window off, and you'll be up to date on the hottest prospects when January comes.
And are you subconsciously calling other players for cheaters? I also disagree with you that forums like these are for cultural and educated people. Just be nice and show some manners, that's all.
