Cheap beast

I have just started a FM15 save as Leicester but I haven't really looked into youth and I need help with some cheap signings if they are young or experienced I don't mind I just want premiership quality players for any position really

Any suggestions?

How cheap is cheap? Lucas Romero and Balanta should be available for around £6-7m each. And you can easily get 5 times more for them if you decide to sell them after 2 or 3 seasons.
