FM15 coaches and Genie scout have different "opinions"

Like the title says, I noticed the in-game coaches (best for the matter) think different than Genie scout does. For instance, they consider the player in a certain position player X whilst in the genie scout ratings he is 3'rd or 4'th on his position.

Whom should I believe? Should I go with Genie Scout or with the in-game coaches when choosing my starting 11?





I hope what I'm saying makes sense. I'm kinda annoyed..

Pereyra according to FM15 is my best MC with that role, whilst genie scout shows a huge difference between Obi Mikel and Pereyra. Real life says Obi Mikel is better than Pereyra but I'm not sure what to believe in FM15.. thoughts?

The ingame rating depends on how much a player plays too. So if you play Mikel regularly (and even if hist stats dont increase) his ingame star rating going to increase. This is my experience.

Where can I find this report on genie scout 15g?

I'd trust Genie Scout reports over in-game coaches any day. Important attributes for roles have changed in FM15 and GS15 has been updated to reflect these changes. Personally I consider all reports (both GS and in-game) as estimates, or educated guesses if you like.

@mattrob77: Click the "Filter" button to access advanced search popup. You'll find the "Roles" tab there to search by role/duty. And in search results you can right-click on any column header and find specific roles to enable in the results view. Also when viewing a player's profile, there's a tab for roles ratings.
