Youth Team keeps losing

Hi guys,

I have a problem. I'm playing as Borussia Dortmund and my youth team keeps losing.
But always 0-12 or something. conceded 49 goals in 6 games. Didn't score a single one.
I tried to make the tactics and training myself, didn't work out. Let U19 Manager handle both, didn't work.
I have some really good players in my youth team and multiple youth coaches, amazing U19 Manager and Assistant Manager.
But nomatter what I do, I get devestating results on my youth teams.

Any idea what to do?

Are all your U19 players allowed to play? Check if they're actually playing, once I found out my youth team is playing with the worst possible squad because of that.

Thanks for your replys. I get the match reports after every match and can see the squad. It was always my best playes. Even some wonderkids, that have a rating for 2nd german league already, but they all can't make anything happen. I'm not sure if I should laugh or cry about those results. ^^
