This is more like it. Aside from a very disappointing defeat at Colwyn Bay, a team that hadn't won at home all season and were second from bottom in the league, we've been pretty good in recent games. We are unbeaten in four league games and now we are looking up the table rather than down it. I'm confident after seeing the 20 games I've now been in charge that we are too good to go down, but I also don't think we are good enough to go up either. A comfortable mid-table finish would represent decent progress since I took over and it would probably be enough to keep me in a job. Next up we have three very winnable games against teams below us in the league, followed by two games in which I don't expect us to get anything. Hopefully we can keep our little run going and pick up more valuable points!
As you can see we are now making progress in terms of our league position & we've also managed to open up a six point gap between ourselves and the relegation zone. Happy days!
