Where is the Key file?

I received GS 15 but still expect the key file. If anything had been wrong to enter my ID unique, who should I contact?

I have the same problem! i cannot find any players, or, those i find is not real.

Make sure to check your email's spam/junk area. The 2nd email containing your key file might take up to 24 hours to arrive. If this time has passed and you still haven't received that file, send an email to Eugene (the one Tallery mentioned) and he will help you.
