Paris Football Club (commonly referred to as PFC or simply Paris) is a French association football club based in Paris. The club was founded in 1969 and currently plays in the Championnat National, the third level of French football. Paris plays its home matches at the Stade Sébastien Charléty.

Paris was founded in 1969 and later merged with Stade Saint-Germain to form Paris Saint-Germain. The current Paris FC exists as a result of the club splitting from Paris Saint-Germain. Unlike its counterpart, which has gone on to establish a solid foundation, Paris FC has struggled to establish itself, having spent the majority of its existence playing in the amateur divisions. The club's highest honour to date was winning its group in the Championnat de France amateur in 2006. Paris FC last played in Ligue 1 in the 1978–79 season.

The PFC board has come to a decision to let go of manager Christopher Taine. The club has stagnated and they are of the belief a new fresh perspective is needed to drive the club back to the top division for the first time in the 21st Century. This desire is also fueled by the fact PSG, that 'other' Paris club dominates Ligue 1 and is a superpower in modern football!. Rumours are Circulating that the board are on the verge of handing the reigns to a foreign manager. England? Spain? Holland? who knows? the fans just hope he is a man with a plan
I thought it was some rubbish PSG story haha, interesting good luck!
Icarus thanks man, not psg but their forgotten little brother !
...And the news is out, PFC's new manager is Yasutoshi Miura, former Tokyo Verdy manager, fans & journalists alike are perplexed, yasuwho??

Key note of Yasutoshi's press conference

YM: In order to move forward we must push for promotion as well as foster affiliates in order to garner the resources to go forward, it wont be easy but persistence is key

the fans are skeptical..& frankly they have every right to be, did the board make the right decision? only time will tell...
Preseason Round up

a productive preseason for miura's men with a variety of results hopefully he can get them going when the competitives start

some non-contract signings were made for depth

The Club has also made announcement that a national partnership with Lille OSC has been made. Paris FC can now look forward to an annual 41k fee to help them in their development for years to come, as well as loan opportunities for Lille's yoiungsters.

Nice start to the league, but did you really lose 0-7 to your reserves?!?! :O

Gutted two months down the line i've been sacked after bad results, too disheartened to drop updates up to the sack so this is the end.
