Miralem Pjanic of Roma is absolutely fantastic attacking MC.

If you're looking for a DR, Nathaniel Clyne is your man. The guy is a tank.

As for a CB, Aymerick Laporte would be a fantastic addition.

Which formation should I choose? I'm a litle bit disapointed because I don't know which formation it's better for United...
I bought Iker Muniain from Athletic bilbao, Eric Lamela from Tothenham and Nathaniel Clyne from Southampton. The next transfer is going to be João Moutinho from Monaco xD

CB - William Carvalho at Sporting turns out to be a beast at CB. Most consistent CB in the game for many years to come is Mats Hummels.

John Stones (CB, RB) 16 mil
Lucas Romero (DM, CM) 12 mil
Salva Ruiz (LB) 9 mil
and Ruben Neves (DM, CM) 19.5 mil

If you want a experienced midfielder you should get Miralem Pjanic from Roma. If you want wonderkids you should get Lucas Romero or Ruben Neves.

CB should be Eder Alvarez Balanta, best buy in FM15. RB, Clyne, Carvajal or Marquinhos (you have to retrain him, but he will become a very good RB.
