Genie scout g edition delivery

I have a problem with delivery of genie scout g as title says. 24 hours passed away and I didn't get any e-mail from you and FAQ says that I should. I have called my bank and they confirmed that they send you the money. I don't know what went wrong, international transfers are longer or what? I can give you my detail personal information on PM if any of you guys can check this out. I would appreciate if anybody can help me with this cus I'm stuck with my new game, I want to start with genie's new feature role&duties. I'm from Poland by the way so that's not far from Ukraine...
