alrite i have never been one who really really cares about training.
but now i need to know as i have come quite far in my game that which training sessions cover which abilities
Strength, aerobic, gk attacking and defending shooting are obvious.
but i still need to know if anyone has info on what other covers
like strength and aerobic? mostly pace stamina and all yeh?
but what about tactics etc?
