UNEMPLOYMENT FEVER

First match of the season was against Hednesford and it was going good until 93rd minute when Manny Smith scored own goal but before that he scored a goal for us but nevertheless because of him we didn't win in our first match of season. Next match against Bristol Rovers and we came back, after draw agains Hednesford, with a shout. We destroyed them with 7 goals and a hat trick by Anderson Banvo a new player this season for us. This was my biggest win with Wrexham so I am delighted also for defeating a title contender.

Next match against Dartford was like we have given all we have against Bristol and didn't have power to score a goal after those 7 goals. Small number of chances for us made me concerned. But then a good win for us as we were leading 2-0 against Welling with one goal by Banvo and Ambrose Gnahore. But they scored a goal late in match which haven't changed final points.

Last two matches were really disappointing for us as we scored only one goal. That goal scored Banvo against Accrington. In both matches we were destroyed bt possession and shots so we didn't have any chances of winning these matches or even snatch a draw.

Player of the month was Anderson Banvo scoring 5 goals and 1 assist in 6 matches.

September must be victorious or there is gonna be problems!!!

I have just been called by board to talk about new contract for me. I wanted them to give me slightly bigger payroll for player. They said it is fine for them so i have signed a 2 year contract worth 70 thousand euros per year. With this I have secured not to be fired because it would cost them too much. Tomorrow will be September report. Comment on how this story is going and expect soon some interesting turnaround.

First match in this month was against Whitehawk. A good win for us with good number of chances and again Anderson Banvo showed class for this league and scored 2 goals and one assists. 3rd goal was by Theo Bailey-Jones. Next match against Macclesfield another great spell of domination gave us 5 star win and two goals by Louis Moult was enough to start this goals galore match.

Against Halifax I didn't expected easy match i knew they were good side but thanks to our good run and one goal by Anderson Banvo and 2 assists we were able to overcome Halifax and secure third win in a row. Nuneaton was next. An easy and routine victory for us with one goal by Moult and Brian Howard and a good number of chances. It was fourth win in a row for us so very positive looking season at this moment.

Next 3 matches showed why we had so poor last month and in these 3 matches and 9 points in play we only won 1 which was very disappointing. In first match Louis Moult scored a great goal from nearly 35 meters but we were not able to secure a good result. Against Chester 2 goals by Banvo but only a draw even we had big number of chances and possession. And last match of month was against Lincoln and very disappointing defeat as we were favorites in this match. This month started good but finished bad. Hopefully next will start as good as this but finish way better than this one.

Player of the month was Anderson Banvo who scored 5 goals and 3 assists.
