Junior League - Czech

Hello,
in the Czech league U21 is the basic version of the contest OlomoucU21, but in reality there is to play Czech BudějoviceU21, I can not find anywhere in the editor, can somebody please help or advise on how to replace the League U21 Czech Budejovice for Olomouc?
