Wrong Position, crazy stats

Hello, i have installed in a new computer the latest version of GS15g using the key. Even though players' names and teams are correct, there is a problem on the position. Everyone shows up either as a Gk or a DL . Also no one have the right stats. Can you please help me?

So, I've recently formatted my computer, the Genie Scout was working fine before that. I have re-installed the G version now and I too have this issue with crazy stats and wrong positions and all that. The funny thing is that I've downloaded the regular version of the tool and it works just fine. Does this mean that I need a new key?

Good luck getting a new key file, they do not respond to emails, I have been trying for months.

Now doing a refund using Paypal, no way I am donating again when it is not supported.

around 2-3 months ago I had to do format and wrote an email. And few hours later I got email with new key, so I dunno why You didn't get one.

I always respond to my emails and to private messages here on the site. However, I'm not personally involved towards GS donations at all, only the author is.

I can assure you Eugene replies to his emails daily. If you haven't heard back from him, chances are you either didn't use the proper email (genie @ fmscout . com - without spaces) or his reply ended up in your spam/junk folder and you didn't notice.
I'm checking my e-mail every morning and reply to EVERY e-mail. Also I'm available everyday in skype as well, my account is eugene.tarabanovsky.
