Y U No Send Youth Players?

I am playing with Manchester United and im in 2021. I have many affiliates across the world including, seoul, colo colo and minsk. But none of them have the option to send youth players to train at my academy like fluminense and deportivo brasil, due to which I never get regens in my youth squad from nations of these clubs(the main reason why I affiliated with them in the first place). While choosing the affiliate club, I had selected the last option in boardroom request, that is to find an affiliate so that the club will have first option to buy younger foreign players.


Can someone please shed some light on how i can get affiliates to send their youth players to train at my club?

You will only get first option on some of the youth players. You also get a yearly update about the team to see if there's anything interesting.

As for Brazilians there's a rule that they can't go abroad before the age of 18.

ohhhh well, i guess i can always buy their talented players so its pretty much the same. in fact its better in a way cos i have my regens plus their talents.
