A Kop Out

Both Merseyside teams have made the news this week, but not for good reasons. In the biggest news off all, happening on the red side of Liverpool, Brendan Rodgers has been sacked from the club for the most bizarre reason. John Henry had released a statement that Rodgers contract had been terminated with immediate effect after the Kop Boss slept with the Liverpool owners Wife Linda Pizzuti. Rodgers was asked questions when leaving Melwood but failed to give an answer. Its unknown what was going through Rodgers head when sleeping with Linda but with a body like hers who wouldn't. It is understood that John Henry wont be divorcing his beloved Wife but we are told there relationship is on the rocks, it will be a long time until Rodgers dares to show up around Anfield or will he be a silver fox and go back for cheeky seconds on the sexy Italian. Just 36 hours after Rodgers has left Liverpool have now found a replacement for the outgoing manager by bringing in Aaron Hardy a former MK Dons & Derby County player. Hardy, who enjoyed a successful career scoring over 200 Goals in career has now taken the reigns and jumped straight in the deep end. What could Liverpool be thinking by bringing in a manager with no managerial background? only time will tell if Aaron can turn the Kop into European Giants once more.

Meanwhile on the Blue side of Mersey Everton boss Roberto Martinez was sacked after failing to hit his proposed targets of a fourth placed finish. It was made clear by Everton owner Bill Kenwright that the Spaniard was to qualify for champions league and no less. With Martinez leaving the club of course someone else has to replace him, and yet again we are surprised to see long life Derby County player Keiran Caville take the Toffee's reigns. Caville who was born in Liverpool came through the Derby County Youth at 16 years old and broke the first team at 18 spending 12 years at the club and making over 500 appearances and scoring 289 goals. Caville was said to be good friends with new Kop boss Aaron Hardy and when asked about there relationship he stated 'They Were Like Brothers From Other Mothers' Who knows what Caville can do at the Toffee's but could one of the biggest rivalries in the world turn to friends against each other... Who knows?

Blues And Two's

Its been a very busy transfer window so far with the biggest spenders being Man United who have spent over 120m pounds on new players, signing world star players like Javi Martinez, Leighton Baines and Juan Fernando Quintero without doubt its been a busy one for United. Moving on to big club Liverpool who have spent a shrewd 35m this window so far bringing in 3 players but also swelling a few such as Joe Allen to Soton and Fabio Borini to Everton. Perhaps the biggest Transfer for Liverpool was prizing Everton wonderkid Ross Barkley away from there rivals for a convincing 24m pounds. So moving on to the blue side of Mersey, Keiran Caville spent a mass of 28.5m pounds so far this window and has got some good deals in the process, check them out below.

For Everton the window has been a good one and although they lost big names like Ross Barkley and Leighton Baines, Caville has re-invested well into the squad bringing in an array of different players to match his tactic. Who knows what the rest of the transfer window holds with 2 weeks left but you can join us every step off the way for the latest wheels and deals throughout Europe. Our next Premier League update will be The August Update where we will catch up with the Premier League's fixtures and results from August.

Manager Diary #1

Why Can't We Be Friends

Me and Aaron had made the plan that if we both got the respective Mersey jobs we would team up behind the media and the fans backs to try and take down Europe. How was we going to do this? well let me tell you, The whole idea behind this action was to help each other out in anyway possible to strengthen each others teams another way to help one another was to try and injure as many star players as possible from each team to give us an advantage, it was a cruel method but hey it would work. The main focus was for Liverpool and Everton to be the top two teams in the world and by doing this we had to be the top two teams battling in the premier league first. If we could manage to push United,City,Chelsea,Arsenal and Spurs aside and become the top to contenders for the league consistently then we would have it in the bag. But nothing comes easy these days and its going to take some work for sure but its something me and Aaron are determined to do. Nothing could stop us from this or so I thought until today when Louis Van Gaal was sacked form United for drug use and the new boss of United was a person from my past, before he played football he was a the head of a casino called the Monte Carlo Springs a big casino where you could win or lose everything. I first started going there when i met a young girl she took me round and we played some blackjack, i got addicted the adrenalin was something I needed to have, the sudden rush when you actually won a set was incredible and that's when things got tricky, I asked the owner to borrow some 500k large to pay off a 'Loan Shark' which wasn't true I just wanted to gamble. After a short 2 hours i had spent and lost all 500k i had borrowed I was in deep trouble I thought I could pay him the money out of my wages but wouldn't you knew it next game I played I damaged multiple knee tendons ending my career, I was washed up with no money and a gambling debt what was I to do....
Brilliant start with some top notch signings. I like the diary format, and that banner is just bloody beautiful.
