Looking for a working skin

Hi to all, i am using 15.1.3 version of FM15 but i cant find a working skin for my version, can you suggest me a link to download a working skin?

Also, I've not yet tackled the 3D kits, but also wonder what those final dimensions should be (when I get around to playing with those).
