Stuart Pearce has today announced that he has rejected the chance to return to Nottingham Forest as their new manager. It comes as reports suggest that Pearce was verbally assaulted by a section of fans who called him a "Psychotic w***er" and that he "should f***ing get away."
Rumours have it that Forest will be looking abroad for a new manager, with reports suggesting that ex-chelsea midfielder Dan Petrescu and defender Marcel Desailly being linked with the job. But, somehow, the favorite is Edgar Davids, who last manager Barnet in the conference.
Whoever gets the job will be expected to challenge for promotion to the premier league, but who will land the difficult task?
