Quality of regens

Not sure how common this is but the quality of regens coming through into this game is way down on previous years. Especially in defence where I haven't found a real gem. There's the odd good striker and some quality midfielders but even those are scarce to come by. My FM14 team would have all players over 170 overall rating according to genie scout. This year i have less than 10 players

I've found that the ones at the lower league clubs tend to be brilliant!
