Many fans at Estadio Vicente Calderón voiced their satisfaction, along with hopes and dreams of second La Liga title in a row however some said the fans blew up out of all proportion with putting too much pressure on the club as there is more than two third season left and winning title is far from easy target.
November was not any different as Bernd Schuster guided his players to six wins in six games with an extremely prolific attack, scoring eighteen goals with an average of three goals per a game. The defence was not neglected either and Los Colchoneros only conceded three goals throughout the month, an average of half a goal a match.

Seven minutes later, Godín has seen his second yellow card and went out of the pitch, leaving his teammates to play the rest of the game in ten players.
José Gonzalez Gonzalez has spotted to the penalty spot following a foul of Córdoba's defender on Torres in a counter-break, however he should've shown him the red-card but he did not.

Marco Reus did not give up and built hope in fans for a comeback when he hit a great free-kick past Jan Oblak in extra-time.

The contribution of the central defender has been provided early with a well-timed finish to a low cross of Koke. Real Sociedad pushed forward, in hope of equalising the score and it did happen, six minutes into the second half, when Esteban Granero rounded a well-done team play with a close range finish.
Griezmann did not let his opponent rejoice because his reaction came in the 57th minute with a phenomenal goal, blasting a fierce shot from 17m. Gerónimo Rulli could not do a thing but take the ball out of his net. The game finished with the eleven victory in a row of the current champions.

Juanfran was still rested on the bench while Gámez kept his spot in the eleven however Godín came back from his suspension, back into the starting line-up and Arda Turan did not pass a late fitness test, forcing Schuster to feature Stephan El Shaarawy instead. Another change is Tiago for Lucas Romero in the defensive midfielder position.
Atlético Madrid were off to a great start, watching Fernando Torres roll in the ball past Ochoa in the first minute. Malaga displayed an impressive defensive performance against fertile offence, made up of El Shaarawy, Griezmann and Torres however the sending off of Welligton in the 71st minute has heavily damaged Malaga, conceding only a minute later from a top drawer free-kick of Man of the Match, Antoine Griezmann, from outside the 16m box.

A placed shot to the woodwork and into the net of Torres has had his team shown on the scoreboard first but Red Bull Salzburg were keen to not concede anymore, defending and going on counter-attacks continuously however the attack of Los Colchoneros has overcame the obstacle twice in the last ten minutes of the game, as Giménez tucked in a parry of Alexandre Walke in the 80th minute and Stephan El Shaarawy scored his second goal of the season five minutes later, when a header of Fernando Torres found him free in the box and he netted it easily.

Atlético Madrid overcame an early lead of Deportivo La Coruña from the foot of Celso Borges and scored five goals on the way to humilating 5-1 victory, thanks to brilliant performances of Antoine Griezmann and Arda Turan. Bernd Schuster had a full squad available but Juanfran, whose absence is rumored to be a result of a beef with the German head coach. Arda Turan, Diego Godín and Mario Mandzukic recovered from their injuries to play against the relegated-anticipated club.
The game launched off with a truly memorable goal of Celso Borges with a long distance shot which built hopes for Deportivo however it took ten minutes for Schuster to see an even result on the scoreboard as Arda Turan headed in from just inside the six yard box. Three minutes passed and the lead was Atlético Madrid as Miranda laid down a corner of Gabi to his defence partner with a header and Godín striked it in.
