What is this?
This is a game which i took from a swedish fm site which isnt gonna be played in FM but like a manager roleplay. Here you will get the oppurtunity to make the most options to make your team the best. The teams will be legendary clubs. My thought is that around 32 people will be in it. And it will be in a MLS format with 2 leagues of 16 where 4 go through to meet eachother in a cup every team will meet eachother once. The teams are:

When you have picked your team youre gonna get a PM of what to choose from. Theres gonna be 40 players you can pick 25. The age will differ from what era there from. These players will have a overall of 0-10 which wuite simply tells you how good they are. The players can evolve if play them.
Progress
If you want to wait to become the best play younsters if you wanna be the best directly use your best. A player has the chance to evolve till the age of 26. After that he can only become worse. What makes a player better?

* The calibre of team they play in. (Your team can become better.
* How they play
Using these stats it will be randomized how much better/worse a player becomes.
Yearapport
Every year you get new rapport with all your players, deras new overall och stats. Här also comes the new wonderkids or ex-players you get every year. Every year the player gets 1 year older and everyone stops at 34.
Youth Intake
Every year you are going to get 2 new talent for your squad who then are are 17 years. Deras overall is gonna be randomized depending how good your club is right then.
Tactic
Your team is gonna get a overall depending on how good you players are. You simply do the starting elevens value/11. From the start you get 4 chances/match. Then you get 1 extra chance depending on how many "10" man är bättre. Example if Argentina med ett overall off 70 meets Bolivia with a value off 50 Argentina gets 5 chances/45 minutes and Bolivia gets 3. Its a 2/6 chance that you score but you could score more or less this will be randomize depending on how many chances you will have.
The formations
As you already know you have a maximum of 4 chances and a minimum of 2.
4-4-2: +0 chances
4-5-1: -1 chances
4-3-3: +1 chances
5-4-1: -2 chances
5-3-2: -1 chances
3-4-3: +2 chances
3-5-2: +1 chances
+1 chance at home, the parenthezized numbers are the overall value difference!
(2 ) bättre= +1 chance
(4 ) bättre= + 1 chance och motståndaren -1 chance
(6 ) Bättre: + 2 chances och motståndaren -1 chance
(8 ) bättre: +2 chances och motståndaren -2 chances
And so on...
Example: If Argentina and Bolivia both play 4-5-1 it means that both teams get 2 less chances. This means Argentina would get 3/45 minutes and Bolivia. Which means good chances for not many goals (a great option for lower rated teams).
Example: If Argentina play 4-3-3 and Bolivia 4-5-1, it goes even out cause 4-3-3 give 1 extra chance and 4-5-1 gives one less. (I think you get it.)
Matches
I am going to post each and every round. And then you send your formation starting eleven and the overall, which you have counted (I will of course check if you are right). Theres gonna be one game every day 15:00 in London GMT. If you dont send your squad by 16:00 London time. You will be playing your squad from before. Tell me if the times are bad.
What team should i choose?
Either do something easy and choose Barcelona, Real Madrid or Manchester United. or you take a challenge and pick Lyon or PSG. Its your choice thats gonna effect the whole of the teams reputation. How good are you?
