Next genie scout update

Steam has unfortunately updated my Football Manager and I can't run Genie Scout since then, it says it's and old version. Does anybody know how long it takes them to upload the next version of Genie Scout?

Or would it be better to uninstall Football Manager and come back to install it and not let it update?

The 'g' edition should be ready later tonight.
The public edition will take a while.

What is the 'g' edition? Nevermind it's the donator version.

Is it right in thinking you're holding back the public edition longer so people are more likely to donate, if so that's a bit scummy..
