I noticed in genie15_setup_15.2.1_b510 there are players lets say Best Pot Rating shows 80 at age 16-20 you transfer the player after few months the Best Pot Rating goes down to 70 or even less, is that normal ? If these scout rates not gonna happen or give fake infos, what's the point of using scout ?
