Short List Won't Load

This is weird, because it was working until just a little while ago. But I started a new game and now I get this message when I try to load a shortlist in FM Scout:

"No players available for loading. Please make sure you have players in your opened scouting list in-game."

Well, I do have players in my scouting list. Several thousand, in fact. I've tried saving the shortlist every which way I can think of. I checked to see if the shortlist file path is correct. It is. What am I doing wrong here?

Save The game in FM - Quit FM (Not From Steam ) - Reopen FM.. Load... Go to Shortlist tab in FM (Your short list must be there before the save)- Retry import in Genie...
or
Stay the game - Quit from GS - Reopen GS - Reload Game in GS - Retry import shortlist in genie

One of them will be work... Option 1 is more probable

These are the workarounds. There must be a tweak about this. why there is a "load game" button if you need to close and open the application. just remove this and make the game data loaded automatically just after the GS application start
I hope Gene will release new version of GSg with the fix asap.

Yes legal... 15.3.1

I'm using 15g 15.3.1 and it wont load my shortlists from FM either.

No error message, just refreshes and says 0 players found.

Previous versions were fine, just this one pooping.

Still having this problem - I have downloaded the latest version of Genie but it doesn't seem to have changed. And yes, I am using all the legit versions and the G version of GS as well..
