No 1st e-mail after donating?

I donated a couple of days ago. The money has been took out of my bank account, but I didn't my first e-mail.. I did put in the e-mail correct and checked my spam folder and still nothing. I have also e-mailed genie scout but got nothing back at all from it..

What am I able to do from this point? Worried I have been scammed.
