Can't update Gs15g too 15.3.1 version

When i check for a new version it shows me its available ( 15.3.1v for Genie15g ) but i can't click on the download button + When i click on the download link i get an error, saying it can open the download link ??

Try'd it manually too download the new version ' Page isn't available '

Download link works fine for me, always have.
Try again please as it might have been a momentary issue.

I rebooted
started up Genie 15g

Checked for updates, they are available.. but when i also get this error :
Football manager is not found.

Please me sure you are using Football manager 2015.0.1 and higher. ( i checked and got the latest patch update on FM 2015)
If you're sure and the problem persists, try to run FM genie scout with administrator right.

Did you download and install the latest 'g' version (beta 12) or not?

No i didn't, i'm not able too download the beta 12.. thats my problem.
I do have the beta 10 version on GS 15g
