being playing for four months with no problems then I tried to start a new save but then when I went on Liverpool there were all fake names not the real names same with all the other teams I have not ticked play with fake name box so I think it must be a bug can anyone help me please being 3 days without me fix.

I've got the real copy mate bought it from work I just need help on how to fix it you got any ideas?
You could try the following steps:
1) Delete your cache folder
FM -> Preferences -> Interface
Under 'Skin' click the 'Clear Cache' button. Restart FM15 for changes to take effect.
2) Delete your preferences files
Use Windows search facility and search for "%localappdata%/sports interactive/football manager 2015" (without quotes) - make sure you press Enter, it may otherwise say 'No items match your search' -> delete "Preferences" folder
3) Verify your cache
Load Steam -> From the Library section, right-click on FM15 and select Properties from the menu -> Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache... button

I'm afraid I'm out of ideas and you need to take this to Sports Interactive forum as a bug report. Most likely they'll suggest that you do what I said and then they'll ask you to upload your savegame file to their FTP so they can check what's wrong with it.
