"Football manager is not found" (15.3.1 beta 12)

Hello,
I recently decided to upgrade my public version of FM scout. It worked perfectly fine before I did (except a few small issues like -1 million sale value), but now it doesn't load the game.

I already tried to disable my AV during the setup, lauch the program as administrator and I extracted the .exe file before lauching it as I read in a few topics on similar issues.
Could anyone please give me an old setup version of fmscout (say, for instance, the November 30 original release)? This would allow me to use the program till I find what is going on.

1) Please don't confuse FM Scout (this site) with Genie Scout (1 of our exclusive tools).

2) Sale value is inaccurate, but the reason behind negative values should be currency exchange. In other words, currency in-game is different from currency in GS. Simply change currency in GS settings to be the same as the one in-game.

3) Disabling AV during setup does no longer apply because offers have been removed from the public edition, therefore AV have no issues with the setup file anymore.

4) When did it work perfectly for the last time? What changed?

5) The initial release of GS won't work for the latest FM version (15.3.1) so I don't see the point in requesting that old setup file.

Thanks for the quick reply. It worked perfectly about 2-3 days ago and now, since I updated *Genie scout (sorry about that ) it doesn't. I think it is a problem with my computer and not the programs in general, but checking with older versions of genie scout could make me certain of that.

So you don't have the latest 15.3.1 patch then?

I do have the latest football manager update as well as the latest GS update, sorry if I express myself badly. What I meant was that my computer is old and sometimes doesn't lauch programs for no reason (well, obviously for a reason, but not due to the program itself). By trying out the old versions of genie scout that I used I can find out if my computer doesn't want to lauch any version of GS anymore or if it is simply this particular new update which is causing this problem.
