current version of genie scout doesn't support it

We are aware of the new patch. I've already alerted Eugene and he's working on updating GS. But frankly, it makes no difference if you request an update in caps. It will be released when it's ready. Usually new versions take 24-48 hours after a patch, with the exception of the initial release and the January transfer window patch.

Restart or format? If the computer was changed or formatted, your unique id will be different and you'll need a new key file. Send an email to Eugene with your new id and explain what happened; he will provide a new key for you.
