offering wages to staff largely depends on your wage budget, as well as your current balance and what position that staff is within your club.
You won't be able to offer your staff ridiculous amount of money if your club's financial condition is 'secure' even if you have wage budget up to 1M for your players. But I'm sure you can find some other staff whose wage is lower than your board limitation.. if not, hmm.. unlucky then!:yes:yes
