every few weeks I get a message saying that I haven't organised a backroom advise meeting. How do you organise one? or is it a bug in the game?
Click the Team you are, eg : Liverpool then if you look at the little sub-bar or w/e you wanna call it it says [Players] [Tactics] [Fixtures] [Backroom Advice] [Training] [Coaches]
Just click on Backroom advice and the 'meeting' should start. [:
When it comes up in your feed there should be button saying "Arrange Meeting" or something.

You can access this as above by ishark, either clicking Backroom Advice from the drop down menu, or it comes up as a small tab in line with the other options when you are say viewing your squad or tactics.
I find this irritating. Some of the advice is contradicted by the coach giving the advice occasionally.
Has anyone noticed any bad side effects of not scheduling meetings on their own? I just wait until a message shows up in my inbox and I hold a meeting.
I don't think there's any bad effects.

I visit the backroom advice page regularly, but they still keep sending me reminders - so much so that I attend a meeting and nobody has anything to say.
