Now then guys!
So, ive started a new save with MK Dons and im looking at back to back promotion at the moment so im set for the big time shortly.
What im wanting to do is something ive never really got into and thats setting up a killer youth set up to try and get all those glorious home grown players to try and break into the first team.
Only problem is i dont know where to start other than trying to upgrade my facilities as much as i can? Im sure theres more to it than that. what sort of staff do I need to get and what sort of qualities do i need?
If anyones got any advice im happy to hear it.
