Preparing for promotion

I have just created a new save on FM15 and i chose league 1 side Bradford City and im hoping to gain promotion have any FM players started with a league 1 side in England with next to nothing to spend been promoted using just loans if so could you please give me some advice on who is willing to be loaned to a lower league and will possibly have the ability to contribute to a promotion but im also looking to be promoted and not to be relegated soon after so im looking for some advice to loaned players who are willing to stay on loan for the season after any help will be much appreciated thanks Joe
