graphics dont work!

i downloaded skins and logos packs and i cant see them
but i can see facepacks its wierd the skins even dont appear in the skin choose and logos are not shown in game ive cleared cache and reload the skin
any solution? :(

Some skins were not updated for 15.3. Link me to the skins you downloaded from here that don't work and I'll look into a solution for you.

Regarding logos, it can't be related to specific patch, so it must be some step you're forgetting or doing wrong. Have you done the following:
disable: Use cache memory to reduce loading time
enable: Reload the theme after confirmation changes in settings
