Can Chelsea Dominate!

Poor result in the Stoke game but good performances all round and looks like you can go deep in the champions league. The Tottenham game should have been a winner though. Keep it up

Today is the UEFA Champions League Final between Chelsea and Bayern Munich. Chelsea beat FC Porto, Bordeaux and Wolfsburg to reach the Final and Bayern beat Atletico,Arsenal and Liverpool respectively, this will be a very touch game, looking as Bayern have beaten two english teams on the way to the final, so I will do the upmost not to be the third team and lose to them in the final!

Stelling: Hi Guys, Welcome to the UEFA Champions League Final between Bayern Munich and Chelsea in Estadio de Luz in Portugal, the current holders of the Champions League Dortmund were knocked out in the group stages. Today I'm joined by Ray Wilkins, Glenn Hoddle and Graeme Souness.

Souness: Yes Jeff, this is going to be a very interesting Final as these are two of the strongest teams in Europe and we will see them battle it out for the biggest trophy, both teams have dominated both leagues in recent years.

Wilkins: I think this has been the tastiest Final in years, we've seen ones in the past with Bacelona v Man Utd , the Madrid derby. We have seen Bayern take out other english clubs on their way to the title like Liverpool and Arsenal respetively and Chelsea have been German side Wolfsburg to reach the final, so this will be a great Final

Hoddle: This has been an entertaining Champions League this season, seeing the holders leave the competition at the Group Stage, and seeing big sides like Barcelona, Juventus, Napoli and Valencia leave the Group Stages. This is going to be a great Final and can see both teams cancelling each other out.

Stelling: So guys who do you think will win the Champions League Final? Bayern have been touted favourites to win, but can Chelsea be the only English club to conquer the German sides dreams of lifting the title and making Chelsea their third team to beat in this years Champions League.

Souness: Seeing the results before the final, I think Chelsea can win this, I feel they can snatch a win, I think Hazard and Costa will make an impact. Chelsea will win 2-1

Wilkins: I think this will be a close Final, but I reckon that Bayern will be too strong for Chelsea and they will be crowned Champions of Europe, Bayern to win 2-0

Hoddle: I agree with both Souness and Wilkins that this will be a great Champions League Final and will be very close! I think they will cancel out each other and will goto Penalties

Today is the Champions League Final, it sets up German giants Bayern Munich vs English giants Chelsea. Both sides have defeated numerous teams to get to this Final and set up one of the tastiest tie since the Madrid Derby! Both sets of teams, fans and managers will be looking forward to this Final as their is history between the clubs who have face each other a few times in the Champions. Can the Germans claim the Champions League crown to take over already eliminated rivals Dortmund, or can Chelsea be the ones to conquer these Germans and bring the CL crown back to England.

Managers Thoughts

Blick: I am really looking forward to this Final, its my first as Chelsea manager and I hope to bring the CL trophy to England and claim that we are the best team in Europe, we have a tough task in Bayern, who are one of the best teams in Europe right now and it well be one of the toughest games of my career to date, but we hope we can be the team to defeat them as they have already conquered English clubs Liverpool and Arsenal to get to this Final, I hope me and my team can give them one of the best matches in the Champions League. Muller and Neuer are their two key players so we will try to get ontop of that and hopefully snatch a win in this game!

Pep: I have heard the comments from opposing manager Blick and think that he will have to do something special to win against us, we ARE the best team in the world!! We cam win this match and cement ourselves yet AGAIN. So Craig can wish he will be taking the CL Trophy to England, we will be taking it to Germany! He has some threats though with the likes of explosive playmaker Eden Hazard and Memphis Depay, and the experience of John Terry will be tough to conquer too, but we have an incredible team and we will win.

My Thoughts

I lost the Final, it was a tough game, back and forth and looking at the stats we cancelled each other out, I feel i was lucky to get that goal from Cuadrado but it helped me, we couldn't seem to get the winning goal so it ended up going to penalties were we lost 4-2, its not the way I wanted to lose the Champions League Final, but we did out best and Bayern got their way and beat 3 English teams in this years competition

Chelsea have finally put forward for Fulham Wonderkid, Patrick Roberts.
Roberts is worth £1.6million, but Chelsea had a £2.5million offer turned down, Chelsea declared their interest in this explosive winger last season, and alot of Blues fans have thought he can add something to the squad and he is English, which Chelsea lack alot of!./i]

Chelsea have came out in the press saying that they have lodged a £5million bid to sign this u21 international, Blick spoke out and said I'm declaring full interest in Patrick, I have watched him play for the u21's and think he's very talented and can had some pace to my squad, I have to now wait for the Fulham manager to get back intouch about young Patrick

Patrick Roberts, is currently in the u21's squad and is in first team for Fulham

Fantastic pre-season winning every game, scoring a astonishing 15 goals and only conceding 3 goals, young striker Brown getting the chance to try and break into the First-Team squad.

What a way to start off my first home game of the season, against fierce rivals and fellow title contenders Manchester United. This will be a tough match against the Reds, Can my new signings be the strong calibre I need to detach them and carry on towards the title. Can Lukaku be the man to rip open the defence of United and get the goals he was brought to get. ex-Chelsea striker Diego Costa returns to Stamford Bridge since his £40million move to Old Trafford, will he come back to haunt Chelsea and get a win for The Mighty Reds, also threats are Strootman and Di Maria.

Managers Thoughts

Blick: Today we have a tough match against our rivals Manchester United, we want to show the home fans that we can bring the title back to London and add another trophy to the cabinet, it was a hard decision to sell Diego Costa to my rivals but I couldn't turn down the offer, we just hope he doesn't come back to haunt us and snatch the game for United, they have other dangerous players like Varane, Di Maria and Wayne Rooney, but we hope we are strong enough to keep an eye on their players.

Mourinho: It's nice to go back to my old club because of the memories there, but now I see them as Rivals and hope to win this game today! I brought Costa because I feel he can do a great job here under my influence I feel Blick didn't get the best out of him and I can be the manager to do that. They do have some great players like Rodriguez, Lukaku who was brought back to the club from Everton and goalkeeper Courtois who I rate very highly in football. We will see who is the best between Chelsea and Manchester United
