Introduction


Hello, the names Bashiru.
I'll be taking you with me on my road to European glory with 2nd tier Azerbaijan team Bakili.

I'm really not sure why I picked this team nothing personal or like that just randomly picked it. I'll be talking in 1st person with interviews on the way and news reports nothing too complicated.

I'm a really lazy guy so don't get mad at me if I have short updates and useless updates. Anyway enough talking lets get cracking on!

The Club


The Squad


See we are a team with a very low reputation and low finance so it's hardly likely to have a brilliant team or improve it first season but however here are some of my star players.

Yep and that's it really! Not really a talented bunch but I'll work with what and I got and I hope to improve them in the future!

Finance


As stated before we're are not the richest of clubs so money for us is not serious but free transfers will be ideal for a team like Bakili.

History

The club was founded in 1963 under name of Araz, re-established by Misir Abilov in 1995 and consisted of amateur footballers. Officially as a professional football club it was registered as Araz Football Club in 1997. Since 1998 the club is called Bakili Baku.
The team participated at Soviet Second League in 1990 and 1991 seasons. In addition Bakili Baku 7 times has won Azerbaijan USSR League and one time Azerbaijan USSR Cup.

In May 2014, AFFA decided to ban the club from playing next season after players didn't appeared on the last game of Azerbaijan First Division.On August 2014, AFFA overturned their decision by allowing club to participate at 2014–15 season.

We have no history no trophies won so it is indeed my job to change all of that and turn Bakili from Azerbaijan Amateurs to European Giants

Pre-Season Report


Our friendly run has been alright couple of wins,draw and a loss. However the tactic I have been using has been working good so far. Since it's just friendlies I won't go into detail with every match.

Tactics

I've tried to implement a tiki taka tactic which is simply the best for me on FM fast flowing quick possession play which will help in further stages of my Bakili career
