I'm looking for the pyramid style update for the polish leagues so that I can play as my Papa's home team, Elana Torun.

I don't think there is an update, where you could play Elana. Because an update with lower leagues from Poland, goes down to III Liga (4th tier) and Elana playes in IV Liga (5th tier), so unless there will be someone who adds another league to it, then I don't think you will be able to play with them.
