Good luck in the final, shame it's Celtic and not an easier team because it will be a big challenge to get a result!
Yeah, it's going to be really tough. We've played 2 and both won one each so who knows. They're squad is much stronger than ours though. Thanks for commenting as well, I appreciate it

Celtic beat Dundee United in League Cup Final

Celtic ran out 1-0 victors in a close fought final at Hampden Park over Dundee United. Nir Biton put Celtic in front after only 11 minutes and despite the best efforts of Townsend’s men they were unable to get back into the match and Delia went on to lift the trophy with his team in front of a forlorn looking Dundee United squad.

Biton gave Celtic their first trophy of the season

Celtic were the better team as they managed to get 25 shots at Brad Jones’ goal with 11 hitting the target compared to United’s 2 shots on target. Townsend had this to say after the match. “We tried our best to get back into the game but Delia had his defence really well drilled and they were difficult to break down and create the space to get a shot away. We played well defensively and I think we did everything we could to be able to get back into the game. It’ a final and someone had to lose, unfortunately today that was us but we’ll turn our attention to the league and carry on trying to qualify for the Europa League and the Scottish Cup and repeat the 2010 victory”
