Short list won't load GS 2015 v1.0 13.2.1 beta 13

When I go to GS and I press "load players list", the shortlist doesn't open and the following message appear "no players available for loading. please make sure you have players in you opened scouting list in-game".

The thing is that sometimes it works others don't (most of the time it don't work).

I have the short list selected in the game.

Anyone can help?

Having the same problem. I am using a custom database. In FM Classic the feature seems to work.

I also have a custom database, that must be what broke it I hope there is a way to fix it
