always utilize the maximum PA of a player when judging what their 'potential attributes' will be?
Sometimes it uses all the points but sometimes there is a massive 'difference'. Doesn't this prove to display a wrong or unfinished 'potential rating'?
im not 100% sure but i think it depends on the players age, an older player 24+ wont reach his optimum PA so genie shows the PA he could reach, whereas with most younger players 17-24 genie should show their full PA

that should be it.
im quite sure before it didnt matter what age they were though.
Hi, i'm sorry for my bad english.
Question:
I've this young (16old) defender. PA = 189. I Check "Potential Attributes" -> 145.
Why? (I've really good training structure).
This is yet to be cleared up from Eugene. Personally, I don't know why. I'd suggest it's part of some algorithm that calculates some attributes and decides whether a player is able to reach his full potential or not. For example, natural fitness could be one of those. But I'm just guessing.
