How do i stop being so bad

I can't even beat lower tier BPL with Tottenham i'm 15th at Christmas time

This is my tactics (normally) and players (lost Verthongen and Walker cause they wanted to play CL)

Standard against mid tier - control against lower tier - counter against big teams

i'm just playing the middle one in team shape (play in danish don't know what it's called in english)

In instructions:
Play more direct
The middle one in crosses (again play in danish)
Fall back (defense)
Screen less
Higher tempo

Any help appreciated

Change to Attack vs lower tier ,moussa or nabil or eriksen need to be advanced or deep lying playmaker ,under instruction defense -drop deeper and play long ball - otherwise just download a tactic and u wud improve ,use Kane as a deep lying forward
