How to change number of teams in league?

Hello. I wanted to ask if anyone of you knows how to increase the maximum number of teams in the any league?

Basically to do this you would need to remake the league in basic rules as most of this information is locked in for the leagues SI create..Alternatively some fan made databases will already have these league unlocked to be edited for the information they require to edit to make the database.
