this tactic won me the premier league. uefa cup. carling cup and finalist in fa cup with spurs in the first season . really shocked me.. Harry kane broke Andy Coles scoring record in the prem . just try it I guess .. usually my tactics are not amazing .. this one worked wonders ..

i managed to finish 2nd with west ham in the first season using this tactic. Sakho score 42 goals in 38 games.

This tactic is unbelievable - do get a lot of bookings but get the right sort of players in there and you're unbeatable. Wish I used it from the start of the season tbh, but still went from 16th in the league to challenging for the title...
I am using 4-2-3-1 with Boro in the Chamionship in my first FM2016 save. It's working a treat , lost only 1 in first 15 games currently 2nd. Loving life.
