why fmscout 10 and FMRTE v3.0.121 have different potentional ratings for all the players? which of them i must trust?

it's always been like this with the potential rating. it's different for every tool. it's a mystery.

Each developer has a different approach as to what coefficients to use in order to calculate ratings.
The calculation for each one remains unknown of course. Someone ask Eugene, ruci, immuner and littleblue about their calculations... then we can compare.
