Struggling against top teams with Arsenal

Hey guys
I've got this problem over and over again.
I'm Arsenal, I have fairly good squad, against most of the teams I do very well, but when I play vs Chelsea, Liverpool, Man City ect. my players literally forget how to play. And i don't mean scores like 1-0, 2-1 but 3-0 and 6-0. I try to adjust tactics and team instructions but it never works.

Any tips? I'll provide screenshots if necessary.
Help would be gratly appreciated.
