Can't find Coaches

I'll try here...so, I started several new games with large database and many leagues loaded. I'm unable to find almost any coach from Stam's list of best coaches. I can't find a solution, I never had that kind of problem. Any advice?

I could be wrong here but i think there is a setting whilst loading game about staff, i think that needs to be ticked for all staff to be loaded

Not finding some of the listed coaches is to be expected, but not finding almost anyone is rather uncommon.

This is what I do when creating my saves.

1. I select just 1 playable league.
2. From database size settings I select advanced...
3. I select "large" database size and load all "players of nationality" for all 6 continents.

This results in loading over 311k players & I'm guessing it's also adding all staff members, even though there's no such setting to select.

I don't fiddle with any other options, except un-tick "disable player attribute masking".

I'm always loading at least 10 leagues (view-only) + one playable, with standard options. Never had problems before, so I guess something is changed in FM16. If I make all selected leagues playable, or "load all players of nationality", does my save gets slower in processing? Thanks, and sorry for being inpatient, I was just clueless and frustrated...
