Career after a nice holiday

So, after struggling to get into FM16, I've decided to try something a bit different.
Before leaving for work today, I loaded up my FM16 and kicked off a 'go on holiday indefinitely'
The plan is when I get home from work tonight, approx 18:30, to see how the game is going and what year it's in - I'll leave it till the end of the season it's on, then start a game with the team that finished 17th in the Premier League, or the team that cane up through the play-offs from the Championship.
I always struggle with FM at the start, I didn't really get into FM15 until about March this year.
I much prefer the game when the regens are really coming through.

I've done a create a club in the conference, and a few half seasons messing around in the Premier League, but I'm struggling. So, I'll try this and hope it get's me into the game.
