Some of you might know this, but most people don't. I run this place solo since 2004 and it's getting more and more difficult to keep up with my work around here year after year, especially since 2014 (fatherhood).

My tasks here include just about everything; from coding the site itself to composing player list articles, coordinating quite a few projects (team guides, scouting platform, youtube team...), making graphics, maintaining our social profiles, answering questions (email, pm, chat), and so on.

Some activities are more time consuming than others, but there are 2 tasks in particular I really need help with. The first one is validating user submissions and the other is keeping the scouting platform as active as possible.

Validating user submissions means that you need to:
  1. check that the author of the submitted file is the same user who submitted it - if not, make sure he has permission from original author to share the file here
  2. in case of tactics and databases, check if the file is stolen from someone else's work
  3. proofread the text, add or edit title / description / installation instructions
  4. create thumbnail picture for the file (psd template provided - optional)
  5. post on our facebook and twitter once a file is published here (optional)

Keeping the scouting platform active means that you need to:
  1. write at least 1 player review per day and upload the necessary screenshots for him
  2. prepare a player report card (psd template provided - optional)
  3. post on our facebook and twitter, as well as on SI forums, once a report card is added here (optional)

Xmas is the time of the year I take my first leave of absence and it may last for 1 month or more. So it makes sense to trust these 2 important tasks to a small team of people who are capable and willing to step up.

There are more tasks I could use some help with, but these 2 are of essential importance to me for the time being. So if you think that you have what it takes, message me to talk about it.

To avoid any misunderstandings, please note that these staff roles are voluntary and there's no payroll.
