Filippo Inzaghi to manage Villans

Former A.C Milan forward Filippo Inzaghi has been hired by Aston Villa to take over the reigns from Tim Sherwood's F.A Cup Final side. The forty-two year old is the fourth highest scoring player in the Champions League, behind Raul, Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
Chairman Randy Lerner hopes that bringing in a manager that was such a prolific goalscorer will boost Villa's attacking prowess and lead them to not be fighting for survival at the end of the season like the last few.
With the appointment of Inzaghi, all of Tim Sherwood's back room staff have departed. Since his arrival, Inzaghi has brought in members from across the world to offer a multi-cultural back room. Here are some of the staff he has brought in:

Phil Cannon - Head of Youth Development
Inzaghi: "I have heard much about Phil and the kind of players he can produce. I think he will be a valuable asset to our efforts in the long run."
Adolfo Sormani - Assistant Manager
Inzaghi: "He is formerly a coach at Juventus and Napoli. We are close friends and he will give me an Italian compatriot behind the scenes."
Gary Megson / Gerd Muller / Paul Scholes - Coach
Inzaghi: "All three have been offered coaching roles and all three are exceptional at what they do. I am very pleased with my staff."
